About Public Enemy Index
Crypto news. Public rankings. Community accountability.
Public Enemy began as a simple ranking experiment and grew into a live crypto platform. The mission is to organize what is happening, show how the public feels about the people and projects involved, and build the entire product openly with the community watching.
Public beta
Live on Vercel with shared Supabase data
Built in public
Updates, experiments, and progress shared openly
Participation
News, rankings, opinions, and early wallets
The live platform
Four systems. One Public Enemy network.
Each part of the product feeds the others: news creates context, rankings capture sentiment, opinions explain the vote, and verified wallets reward early participation.
Public rankings
Enemy and Ally decisions build a live public-opinion index for recognized people, brands, projects, organizations, and characters.
Crypto News
A crypto-only news hub that organizes current reporting, highlights accountability stories, and connects news back to community rankings.
Case Coin network
Each Case Coin launches as an attention engine, then routes users into a live case page for submissions, evidence review, fee tracking, and transparent distributions.
Verified airdrop list
The first 100 qualifying wallets can connect, sign a free verification message, leave an opinion, and secure a public candidate position.
Community activity
Latest decisions, written opinions, reactions, sharing, and reporting turn the index into a living record instead of a static leaderboard.
Build history
From one question to a working crypto platform.
This is the public record of how the project has expanded since the first version.
The original question
Public Enemy started with a simple idea: give the internet one place to answer who is acting like an Enemy and who deserves to be recognized as an Ally.
The index became real
The first working product introduced public submissions, Enemy and Ally decisions, rankings, latest activity, opinions, reactions, sharing, and reporting.
The database went live
The project moved from local browser data to a shared Supabase database, making decisions persistent and visible across devices.
Wallet verification arrived
Solana wallet connection and free signature verification were added so the first 100 qualifying wallets can secure transparent airdrop candidate spots.
Public Enemy became a news hub
Crypto News expanded the project beyond rankings with current reporting, Enemy Watch alerts, source attribution, and links between stories and ranked entities.
The next phase
The project is now building the Case system: documented PRO/ANTI cases, repeatable Case Coin launches, transparent creator-fee tracking, and a treasury history before any network-level $ENEMY launch.

Select a phase to see the current direction. Plans can change as the product, community, technical requirements, and legal obligations develop.
Operating product
Build utility before asking for attention.
Public Enemy is already a functioning platform. The index, public opinions, reactions, reports, verified airdrop candidates, and Crypto News feed are active products—not placeholder promises.
Product first
Public Enemy is not a token page waiting for a use case. The product is being built first, tested publicly, and expanded based on what users actually engage with.
Opinion with context
A vote shows direction. A written opinion explains why. News adds context. Together they create a more useful record than an isolated popularity score.
Public development
The project's progress, major changes, token information, and material decisions are intended to be communicated publicly through the official Public Enemy account.
Case Coins and project funding
Public Enemy will launch individual Case Coins before any network-level token. Each coin becomes the front door for its subject or cause: the official page publishes the contract and trading links immediately, opens community case intake, and shows the creator-fee policy, tracked wallets, revenue, allocations, and distributions. The launch model starts with a published 70 / 10 / 20 creator-fee split: 70% stays case-directed, 10% supports that Case Coin’s growth, and 20% supports the wider Public Enemy network. Each destination remains visible on-chain.
The long-term token path
Case Coins are the proving ground. After multiple Cases establish real users, treasury history, contributor activity, and repeatable launches, $ENEMY may launch later as the network-level token. No automatic revenue rights, conversion ratio, allocation, eligibility rule, or timeline is promised until formal terms are published.
What rankings are not
Rankings reflect user-submitted public opinion. They are not factual findings, legal judgments, or verified accusations. A high Enemy rank reflects collective sentiment on the platform—not a verdict.
Rules and risk
Private individuals, threats, doxxing, slurs, targeted harassment, and unsupported criminal accusations are prohibited. Case Coins and any future $ENEMY token do not represent equity, debt, ownership, guaranteed profit, or an automatic right to project revenue. Crypto assets are volatile and may lose all value. Material project-related token and creator-fee activity should be disclosed.
Public Enemy is a public project.
New features, product decisions, launch information, and community updates will be shared through the official X account. The goal is for early users to see the project evolve instead of only seeing the final promotion.
Public Enemy Index is an evolving public-opinion and crypto-information project. Features, plans, platform rules, technical requirements, and legal obligations may change. Official token details will be published on this site and through @publicenemy_sol when finalized.
